We recognise that every dog is unique, which is why we offer bespoke grooming services tailored to your pet’s specific needs. Whether it’s a particular style, a gentler approach for nervous dogs or any other special requirement, we’re happy to accommodate; just call us to discuss before making your booking, and our team will customise the service to suit. Your dog’s comfort and wellbeing are always our top priority!
Booking Policy.
Pricing
All pricing is based on a well-maintained coat and a well-behaved dog. We require a 50% deposit based on the starting price.
Size
Bookings for all services apart from the Puppy Pamper, will take your dog’s size into account: we offer Toy & Small; Medium; or Large & Bigger options, and can help you choose the right option if you’re unsure.
Cancellation
We understand that plans can change, but as a small business, we must retain your 50% deposit for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
Flea treatment
If your dog has fleas, an additional charge of £10 will be applied to cover the cost of treatment required.
Being on time
Please ensure you arrive at the agreed time for both drop off and collection of your dog.
